  • 1-hour Kickoff meeting with Executive, Manager(s), and Coach to set shared priorities, goals, and expectations
  • 3-month program with weekly 1-hour calls between Manager and Coach, with options for up to 15-minute "crisis calls" throughout the week
  • 1-hour Follow-up meeting after 90 days to review status, establish any next steps

  • Effectiveness Plan with tracking - includes performance metrics if desired (at no extra charge)
  • 1 kickoff meeting, 1 follow-up meeting
  • Weekly 1-hour calls between Manager and Coach

  • Status updates with Executive, as needed/desired
  • Flexible scheduling with email/text access throughout the week

  • Heavy use of SMART Goals 
  • Psychological principles and techniques and coaching best practices. Some include: Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Stress Management, EQ (Emotional Intelligence), Reframing of issues

  • $200/month (paid monthly) for 3 months, OR 25% off each for 4 or more managers 
  • $499 set up – Includes: Kickoff meeting, Follow-up meeting, periodic check-ins with Executive
  • Ability to renew at same rate, even if Woodhill Solutions published rates have increased
