EXPERIENTIAL

All Woodhill Solutions training is highly experiential because practice is the most effective way to learn and reinforce skills/abilities. We make our training fun and interactive by discussing the subject matter briefly, then practicing it in dyads, trios, or in the large group. 


SELF-ACCOUNTABILITY

All training concludes with customized Action Steps created by each participant for themselves to lock in and reinforce the skills. Participants are given the space to set reminders and create strategies for the implementation of what they learned into their work habits.


EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Training is based on principles of self-awareness, effective communication, and empathy. The theme of emotional intelligence is found throughout our training courses, often without it being expressly stated or obvious. Society can no longer afford to ignore personal growth as a critical component of career growth.

SERIES vs A LA CARTE

We highly recommend taking advantage of the additional benefit that comes with any of our training series: tracking. Participants implement the learned skills in their work in between sessions, then discuss their experience at the start of the next session; What went well? What could have gone better? We also co-create a customized training plan for our clients based on your specific needs and intentions.


In a single A La Carte session, we do everything possible to set participants up for success in implementing their skills in their daily work.
